The operator of OptiSettings, its developers, and affiliates expressly disclaim all legal responsibility and liability, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for:
- System crashes, blue-screen (BSOD) events, or operating system instability
- Hardware component degradation, silicon damage, voltage issues, or physical defects
- Hardware overheating, inadequate thermal cooling, or thermal throttling
- Game client crashes, corruption of saved game files, or integrity validation errors
- Data loss, file system corruption, or accidental software misconfiguration
- Reduced in-game performance, input latency increases, or frame pacing irregularities
- Inaccuracies, discrepancies, or mathematical variations in estimated FPS metrics
OptiSettings does not require an account. Hardware configurations entered into the optimizer (GPU model, CPU model, RAM, resolution) are processed locally within your client browser.
